Information on health benefits for the Aloe Vera - Cranberry ice cream ingredients :
Aloe Vera - strengthening the immune system and detoxifying body.
Cranberry juice contains proanthocyanidins that possess anti-clinging properties, which prevent the bacteria from binding itself to the cells on the walls of the bladder and prevent bladder infections. Coconut milk has anti-carcinogenic, antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti-viral properties.
Arrow root powder - Gluten-free starch with good levels of B-complex group of vitamins such as niacin, thiamin, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, and some important minerals like copper, iron, manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, and zinc, potassium.
Yacon root powder - substances in Yacon have antioxidant, antimicrobial, blood sugar lowering, and liver protecting properties, and may help the weight loss .

Ingredients :
450 ml. coconut milk
100 ml. Alveola Aloe Vera Cranberry juice few drops of rom aroma extract
1/4 of cup yacon root powder
1/4 of cup agave syrup
2 Tbsp. arrow root
1/4 tsp. salt
100 gr. of dry cranberries , soaked in water for 2 hours , washed

You will also need :
Ice cream machine maker .

Instructions :
Start with freezing your ice cream bowl overnight (depending on your ice-cream machine).

Next day :
Shake the coconut milk well and Divide it into 2 portions.
Combine 1/2 coconut milk with Alveola Aloe Vera Cranberry juice, rom aroma extract, yacon root powder, agave syrup and salt in saucepan.
Bring mixture to simmer over medium- low heat until all of the ingredients well combined and mixture is warm.
In another bowl , whisk remaining 1/2 of coconut milk with arrow root.
Stir this into warm coconut milk mixture. Cook over medium heat until the mixture has thickened enough to coat the back of the spoon (about 8 min.) - DO NOT ALLOW THE MIXTURE TO BOIL !
Cool mixture for 30 min, then chill in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Put the Aloe Vera ice cream base in your ice cream machine following the manufacturers instruction. When ice cream thickened to a soft ice cream consistency, remove it from ice machine and add cranberries.
Put in the freezer for a few more hours.
