Gluten free, wheat free, sugar free, milk free, yeast free. This bread is very easy to make and taste almost like “rye “bread.
Consider the fact that half of population today has some kind of gluten or wheat allergy, this bread could be a great substitute for traditional dark bread.
2 cups (about 500 gr) flax seed grinded into flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
5 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. baking soda
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
125 ml. soy yogurt
Optional : any of the spices used for baking bread: cumin, coriander, anise, caraway, clover, garlic, basil
Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Mix together well
Place in an oiled bread pan and bake at 180 C for about 45-50 min
