Absolutely delicious crisps made from vegetable juices fiber, chia seeds, linseed, full of nutritional goodness.

Glutenfree, no milk, no eggs, wheat free.

Today , after making my morning juice from greens I decided to do something different than i usually do. I did not throw away left over pulp, but mixed it together with some seeds into a dough and made crisp bread. The result was surprisingly delicious.

Here I am giving you a recipe for easy to make crisp bread - high in healthy fiber, vitamins, minerals, essential oils.

Method

Soak for 2 hours in hot water :

60 gr. linseed

30 gr. Chia seeds

50 gr. pumpkin seeds

Mix with

130 gr. of vegetable fiber left over from making juice

1/2 dl. fiber husk

1 dl. of water or oat milk

1/2 dl. of olive oil

100 gr. of Quinoa flour

1 tsp of salt

rosemary spice

Kneed all into a firm dough.

Cut 2 pieces of baking paper size of you baking trail.

Form a boll and place it in the center of baking paper. Flatten it up with your hands.

Cover it up with second piece of baking paper .

Roll the dough between 2 baking papers into thing square pancake.

Remove the top paper and cut pancake into square portions.

Bake it in the oven on the 160 ¤ from 40 - 50 min.

Let it stand in warm oven another few minutes to make it more crisp.
