Kitchary made out off mung beans , diet that has both cleaning and supporting body energy

This is wonderfully balancing diet that has both cleaning and supporting body energy food. It can be used as fasting food for 1 week or more where only kitchary is consumed as a solid food .
Kitchari fasting is a diet which supply body a limited diversity of foodstuffs and therefore body will need to produce a limited number of digestive enzymes. The work of the digestive system is lessened, allowing for greater healing and cleansing to occur. Kitchari cleanse can be calming, soothing and warming. It will cleanse the whole system and help to strengthen memory.
Kitchari Recipe
1 cup of rice cooked
1/3 cup of mung beans soaked over night.
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. Coriander powder
2 Tbsp. ghee

Instruction :
Cook mung beans until they are well done. Add enough water so it look like cream soup.
Add all other ingredients.
Eat with cooked rice
